Hyatt House Atlanta Perimeter Center
Legacy Ventures developed the upscale extended stay 186-room Hyatt House in Atlanta’s Perimeter Center Medical District. The hotel includes 2,200 SF of meeting space, a pool, and a fitness center. The hotel benefits from the redevelopment of Peachtree Dunwoody Pavilion, newly renamed Altmore, into a denser and more walkable environment, featuring a pedestrian bridge to MARTA’s Medical Center Station. Legacy Ventures has managed the hotel since its opening in 2021.

The American Hotel Renovation & Repositioning
Legacy Ventures acquired the 50-year-old hotel from Blackstone in 2015. Legacy’s $16 million renovation and repositioning embraces the property’s storied past and pairs mid-century modern design with first-class service and amenities.

Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina
Legacy Ventures developed the $48 million project in the Perimeter Summit office park in Atlanta on behalf of an affiliate of the General Electric Pension Trust. The project seamlessly delivered a Hyatt Regency branded hotel addition to the acclaimed Villa Christina restaurant and banquet facility.
Restaurant Row Adaptive Reuse
Legacy Ventures purchased a cluster of historic buildings in Downtown Atlanta in 1999. While preserving the exposed brick walls and original wide plank floors, the buildings have been transformed into a lively Restaurant Row, housing five restaurants.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place
Legacy Ventures developed the 203-suite hotel in 2013 on behalf of DeFoor Brothers Development and has managed the hotel since completion. The hotel includes a Ruth’s Chris Steak House and is the only full-service hotel in the Hamilton Place trade area.

Glenn Hotel Adaptive Reuse & Restoration
Legacy Ventures transformed the historic Glenn Building into Atlanta’s first modern-day boutique hotel. After laying vacant for over 20 years, the Glenn was reborn with 110 rooms, 2,000 SF of meeting space and a dramatic rooftop lounge. The hotel features a 4-star, lifestyle experience with upscale service, charm and the warmth of someone’s home. Legacy Ventures manages the hotel, Glenn’s Kitchen, and its SkyLounge.

Park Pavilion Mixed-Use Development
Legacy Ventures developed the $100 million Park Pavilion mixed-use development in 2008. The project encompasses a 242 guest room Hilton Garden Inn, 50,000 SF of retail space, a 700-space parking deck, and a public helipad. Legacy Ventures manages the hotel and the project’s restaurants. The Pavilion is adjacent to the Georgia Aquarium and Centennial Olympic Park.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park & Centennial Park West Condominiums
Legacy Ventures developed the 435,000 SF, $100 million hotel/residential, mixed-use development in downtown Atlanta. The Embassy Suites opened in 1999 and Centennial Park West Condominiums opened in 2002.
