Legacy Ventures has assumed management of the 118-room Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge, located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains and minutes from top local attractions including Dollywood, The Island, and The Ripken Experience. Designed for comfort and convenience, the hotel offers spacious guest rooms and suites with free Wi-Fi, and amenities such as the on-site restaurant Park Social serving local fare, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an outdoor pool with breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte.

Legacy Ventures assumed management of the 181-room Embassy Suites Atlanta Midtown in December 2025. Ideally situated within walking distance of Atlantic Station’s shopping, dining, and entertainment, and just a short ride from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, and State Farm Arena. Guests enjoy spacious, all-suite accommodations with complimentary made-to-order breakfast each morning and a complimentary evening reception. The property features approximately 4,274 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space, an indoor pool, and a fitness center.

Portman Holdings developed this full-service hotel in 2015 as a partial adaptive reuse of a 50-year old Portman designed office building. The hotel offers 206 guest rooms, 20,000 SF of meeting space and adjacency to the Americas Mart. Architectural features were masterminded by John Portman personally. Legacy Ventures was tapped by Portman Holdings to assume management of the hotel and its restaurant in late 2017.

Madison Marriott South is a 239-room thoughtfully appointed hotel with 17,500 SF of meeting space. Amenities include a Fitness Club, an indoor pool and whirlpool and several dynamic dining options. Legacy Ventures has managed the hotel since mid-2018.

Legacy Ventures transformed the historic Glenn Building into Atlanta’s first modern-day boutique hotel. After laying vacant for over 20 years, the Glenn was reborn with 110 rooms, 2,000 SF of meeting space and a dramatic rooftop lounge. The hotel features a 4-star, lifestyle experience with upscale service, charm and the warmth of someone’s home. Legacy Ventures manages the hotel, Glenn’s Kitchen, and its SkyLounge.
