STATS Brewpub

Legacy Ventures opened STATS in a historic building downtown as Atlanta’s first, authentic sports restaurant. Within its 16,000 SF footprint, STATS houses four bars, an outdoor deck, a broadcast studio, 70-high definition televisions and a table beer tap system. STATS offers gourmet American cuisine. On its tenth anniversary in 2017, STATS added a 10-barrel brewery and was renamed, STATS Brewpub. Legacy Ventures manages STATS Brewpub as part of its iconic “Restaurant Row” complex.

C Bar

Part of the unique beachfront community of Cinnamon Shore, C Bar serves light meals and snacks with a full bar, as well as the interesting option: "if you catch it, we'll cook it!" Legacy has managed C Bar on behalf of developer and owner of Cinnamon Shore, Sea Oats Group, since 2016.

Dos Bocas

A taste of Texas, a taste of Louisiana: Legacy Ventures’ Restaurant Management team combined their experience working in the sister regions to develop a restaurant concept serving both Tex-Mex and Cajun cuisines. Dos Bocas (“two mouths”) is located in Legacy Ventures’ Park Pavilion mixed-use development in downtown Atlanta, spans two stories and 8,000 SF, and features an outdoor patio overlooking Centennial Olympic Park.

Dylan’s Coal Oven Pizzeria

Dylan's Coal Oven Pizzeria serves up hot, New York-style pies from two brick ovens, along with classic salads, pastas, Italian sandwiches and freshly made desserts. Dylan’s signature coal-burning oven means that guests of Cinnamon Shore will enjoy the unique taste and texture of authentic New York pizzerias without ever leaving the community. Dylan's is managed by Legacy Ventures on behalf of developer and owner of Cinnamon Shore, Sea Oats Group.

Glenn’s Kitchen

Legacy Ventures adaptively redeveloped the 1923 Glenn Building into the Glenn Hotel in 2006. After taking over management of the hotel’s F&B operations in 2011, Legacy Ventures concepted Glenn’s Kitchen. The restaurant offers American comfort food with southern flair. Its casual sophisticated ambiance is perfect for dropping in after work, stopping by before a local sporting event or dinner before the theater.

Twin Smokers BBQ

Twin Smokers BBQ pairs its proteins with its smoke. The restaurant has two signature smokers and a wood library. Beef is smoked Texas-style over Mesquite and Post Oak; poultry and pork are smoked Southern-style over Hickory and White Oak. Twin Smokers BBQ also features an award-winning Bourbon offering. Legacy Ventures concepted and manages Twin Smokers.

Max’s Coal Oven Pizzeria – Downtown Atlanta

Legacy Ventures opened the first Max’s in 2009 in Atlanta’s Centennial Park District. Max’s offers authentic, New York style pizza, classic salads, pastas, Italian sandwiches, signature coal oven wings and freshly made desserts. The restaurant’s signature feature, its genuine coal-burning oven, was the first in Georgia and creates that unique taste and texture that has been a hallmark of New York City pizzerias for more than a century. Legacy Ventures manages Max’s Coal Oven Pizzeria.

Der Biergarten

Legacy Ventures opened Der Biergarten in 2010 to fill Atlanta’s void of beer gardens and authentic German fare. Der Biergarten provides world-class service in a festive, authentic atmosphere. Legacy Ventures partnered with German native, Wolfgang Hartert, to ensure the restaurant’s authenticity. The restaurant is comprised of 7,000 SF of indoor and outdoor seating. Legacy Ventures concepted and manages Der Biergarten.

Legacy Ventures introduced Atlanta’s first rooftop event facility in 2008: Ventanas. This premier 10,000 SF venue offers a private helipad and a ground floor lobby. The indoor-outdoor space is perched atop the fourteenth and fifteenth stories of Legacy Ventures’ $100 million Park Pavilion mixed-use development. Legacy Ventures manages and provides exclusive catering services to the venue.

As part of Legacy Ventures’ repurposing of the historic Glenn Building in 2006, Legacy added SkyLounge, a rooftop lounge & event space atop the Glenn Hotel. Open to the public as a unique venue with unmatched horizon-level views over Centennial Olympic Park, SkyLounge can also accommodate private events for up to 175 guests.

The Drafting Table Cocktails & Kitchen

Located in Portman Holdings’ Hotel Indigo, The Drafting Table concept was developed by Legacy Ventures in 2018 on behalf of Portman to re-enliven the hotel’s restaurant space. The restaurant serves locally inspired dished and classic cocktails in a space that pays homage to the architectural history and art of the Peachtree Corridor. Legacy Ventures has managed the restaurant since late 2017.

The Cloakroom Kitchen & Bar

Legacy Ventures concepted and developed The Cloakroom Kitchen & Bar as a complement to The American Hotel’s 1960s motif. The restaurant opened in late 2017 in conjunction with Legacy Venture’s comprehensive renovation and repositioning of the historic hotel.

Legacy Test Kitchen

Legacy Test Kitchen is an elegant event venue nestled in the heart of Atlanta. A two-level restaurant-style space featuring built-in bars, high ceilings from the main level and a grand staircase. The sophisticated space overlooks Centennial Olympic Park and is an ideal setting for corporate or social events. Legacy Test Kitchen offers the perfect ambiance and refined service for cocktail receptions up to 150 and seated dinners up to 100.
