Legacy Ventures developed the upscale extended stay 186-room Hyatt House in Atlanta’s Perimeter Center Medical District. The hotel includes 2,200 SF of meeting space, a pool, and a fitness center. The hotel benefits from the redevelopment of Peachtree Dunwoody Pavilion, newly renamed Altmore, into a denser and more walkable environment, featuring a pedestrian bridge to MARTA’s Medical Center Station. Legacy Ventures has managed the hotel since its opening in 2021.

Legacy Ventures developed the 321-suite hotel in 1999 as the first new-build hotel in Downtown Atlanta in 15 years. Its location on Atlanta’s Centennial Olympic Park was initially considered pioneering. Today, it is at the epicenter of downtown’s convention, business and entertainment activity. The hotel offers a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Starbuck’s and Kwan’s Korean Kitchen restaurants. Legacy Ventures manages the hotel.

Legacy Ventures developed the hotel as the anchor to its $100 million Park Pavilion mixed-use development. The hotel offers 242 guest rooms, 9,000 SF of meeting space, and indoor and outdoor pools. The Park Pavilion is home to Downtown Atlanta’s first public helipad, multiple restaurants and Atlanta’s premier rooftop event facility, Ventanas. Legacy Ventures manages the hotel and its restaurants.

Legacy Ventures acquired the 183-room hotel by purchasing its non-performing loan in 2008. Legacy’s subsequent renovation and repositioning as a stylish Doubletree Hotel and Marlow’s Tavern has transformed the property into the Northlake’s market leader. The hotel offers a rooftop bar and 10,000 SF of flexible meeting space. Legacy Ventures manages the hotel.
