Will Yackle

Corporate Director of Safety & Security

Will Yackle is responsible for overseeing the protection of the physical and intellectual assets of the company by ensuring proper security and safety measures are in place both at the corporate and at the property level. Will works to reduce security risks and responds to security issues that affect the company’s physical and intellectual security and its personnel. 

Will began his career working with the Orange County California as a Municipal Police Officer, before working as a Workers Compensation fraud investigator. Will joined the hospitality industry as a Director of Safety & Security for Hilton Hotels. Leveraging his experience in law enforcement, investigations and hospitality, he then joined Disneyland Resort, where he gained over seven years of experience as Area Manager, Security Operations; and Training & Audit Manager, Security Operations.

Will has gained numerous accreditations and completed many specialized training courses including Reid Technique: Advance Course on Interviewing & Interrogation; Reid and Associates Advance Threat Assessment Training; Audit Manager Tools & Techniques; Dignitary Protection Training; Workforce, Antiterrorism Awareness / Prevention Training (DHS); Surveillance Detection for Commercial Operators (DHS); and Police Officer Standard and Training Basic Certificate. Will is a Member of the National Safety Council.

Will enjoys boating and spending time at the lake. He is an avid traveler and has plans to explore Europe and Asia.
