Peter O’Hanlon

President, Legacy Property Group & Chief Financial Officer

Peter O’Hanlon has overseen Legacy Ventures’ financing, accounting, and risk management as Chief Financial Officer since 2007. He is responsible for accurate and timely reporting of financial information to company stakeholders, including both operating results and tax filings. He also maintains Legacy’s relationships with financial institutions and is responsible for obtaining construction funding and permanent financing. 

Peter is a CPA with experience at the accounting firm of Deloitte. He has held positions of CFO of Dominion Homes, Division President of Beazer Home, and EVP of KB Home. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Emory University.

Peter is active in the Buckhead Church, the Georgia Society of CPAs, and the Northwestern Alumni Association. He enjoys hiking, jogging, traveling with his family, and following Georgia Tech sports.
