Talent Acquisition Manager

Katie’s role is solely focused on sourcing candidates for primarily management and key positions, and building brand recognition for Legacy Ventures Hotels through college recruiting, job fairs, networking with associations, social media, cold calling, etc.

Katie joined Legacy Ventures hotels in December 2016 in a sales support role for the Director of Convention Sales as the Complex Coordinator. In January 2018, Katie moved into the HR Manager role at the newly acquired Hotel Indigo, Atlanta Downtown. In August 2019, Katie was promoted to HR Director at Embassy Suites Centennial Olympic Park. As Covid hit, she willingly took on supporting HR functions for multiple hotels, officially moving into the role of Complex Human Resource Director for Embassy Suites Centennial Olympic Park and Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown.
