Greg Avioli

General Counsel

Greg oversees all legal work for the company including acquisitions, financing, leases, corporate governance, and employment matters. He has been an equity partner in Legacy’s downtown Atlanta projects for more than 30 years. Greg is a versatile attorney and business executive with extensive experience navigating complex finance, business and regulatory issues in multiple industries including hospitality, real estate, sports and entertainment, and gaming.

Greg is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the North Carolina Law Review. He began his career in Atlanta with the firm Long and Aldridge.

Greg enjoys playing tennis, international travel, and spending time with his three children and his dog, Karl.
