David Torjak is responsible for the menu development and kitchen operations at all Restaurant assets. As a member of the Restaurant division’s leadership team, David is active in menu development and new restaurant openings. David is also instrumental in food vendor selection and seeks to improve cost and quality across Legacy Ventures’ restaurant portfolio. David began his career in 1992 at Houston's Restaurants and thrived in the fast-paced environment.  David jumped at the chance to go into management and went on to become Hillstone’s first Culinary Director. After 24 years at Hillstone David moved into the sales sector of the industry gaining valuable insight into this side of the business. This combination of professional experience has proven to be extremely beneficial to Legacy’s day-to-day culinary operations.

In David's time off he enjoys spending time with his family, is an active vegetable gardener and loves tending to his backyard chickens David also enjoys drumming, mountain biking and anything that involves the water.
