Tara Gill is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Design & Construction team, as well as, overseeing development projects (PIPS, Renovations, and New Builds) from permitting to close-out, tracking costs against budget, and monitoring progression to ensure project quality, schedule deadlines are met, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Tara has over fifteen years of industry experience including financial and project management roles within branded hotels and Design and Construction teams. Tara has led various Full-Service and Limited-Service hotel project lifecycles through managing cross functional teams and partnering with owners, asset management, contractors, and vendors on multiple PIPs, transitions, and renovations to ensure project success. Tara is also a member of NEWH Atlanta Chapter which promotes the advancement of women in the hospitality industry by providing scholarships and leadership opportunities through networking and educational programs.

Tara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
