Kim Holcomb

Vice Presidents of Human Resources, Hotels

Kim Holcomb is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Human Resources policies and practices and supports team member relations, benefit administration, and staff recruitment, as well as training and auditing of property-based HR staff and managers. Kim also develops and drives a service and team member drive culture through a collaborative leadership environment.

Kim started her career in occupational therapy and worked in direct care and operational leadership roles in the long-term care industry for fifteen years. She relocated to Georgia just before the 1996 Olympics and transitioned to the hotel side of hospitality. She first worked in hotel operations before she applied her years of leadership experience to the Human Resources field. Kim held positions of Director of Human Resources and Regional Director of Human Resources before joining Legacy Ventures. Kim holds an AA in Occupational Therapy from St. Mary’s Jr College.

Kim is an SHRM Senior Certified Professional. When she is not working, Kim is active in animal rescue and fostering and enjoys home improvement projects.
