Ivy began her career with Legacy Ventures in July 2015 as the Assistant General Manager at the Embassy Suites Atlanta Centennial Park. Since then, she has successfully led several of our key properties, including the DoubleTree Atlanta Northlake, Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown, and Embassy Suites Atlanta Downtown. Throughout her tenure, Ivy has guided all three hotels through major renovation projects while continuing to deliver outstanding operational results.

She was Awarded 2016 Legacy Ventures’ Manager of the Year, the 2018 Legacy Ventures Make It Happen Award, 2020, 2023, and 2024 Legacy Ventures Keystone Property of the Year, and 2023 GM-CEO of the Year. Beyond her property-level success, she continues to make a significant impact across the hospitality industry through her leadership and service. Ivy currently serves on the Georgia Hotel & Lodging Association Executive Board, is Chairwoman of the GHLA Atlanta Downtown Council, serves on the Embassy Suites Advisory Board, and is also a board member of GWIL. She has additionally been instrumental in supporting GHLA’s annual lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C., while remaining highly engaged within the local community.
