Chris Smith is responsible for financial oversight and guidance for the portfolio of hotels, including month end reporting, internal controls, annual budgets, quarterly and annual tax filings, and corporate driven projects.  Chris also assists in mentoring property teams in financial acumen and improving financial results.

Chris graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management and has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years.

In his leisure time, Chris enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and trying new restaurants.
