Max’s Coal Oven Pizzeria – Downtown Atlanta

Legacy Ventures opened the first Max’s Coal Oven Pizzeria in 2009 in Atlanta’s Centennial Park District. Max’s offers authentic, New York style pizza, classic salads, pastas, Italian sandwiches, signature coal oven wings and freshly made desserts. The restaurant’s signature feature, its genuine coal-burning oven, was the first in Georgia and creates that unique taste and texture that has been a hallmark of New York City pizzerias for more than a century.
