Legacy Ventures developed the hotel as the anchor to its $100 million Park Pavilion mixed-use development. The hotel offers 242 guest rooms, 9,000 SF of meeting space, and indoor and outdoor pools. The Park Pavilion is home to Downtown Atlanta’s first public helipad, multiple restaurants and Atlanta’s premier rooftop event facility, Ventanas. Legacy Ventures manages the hotel and its restaurants.
