Legacy Ventures congratulates Colin James-Sarner on receiving the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Stevan Porter Emerging Hospitality Leader Award at the Stars of the Industry Awards for his work as the Night Manager at Legacy Ventures’ Embassy Suites Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park. His dedication to the guest experience and to his team allow him to “Make a Difference” every day. He has continuously gone above and beyond, developing a “Best Guest” program to recognize Hilton Honors members and working closely with onsite F&B teams to improve communication and issue resolution.
Colin has advanced quickly in his career since joining Legacy Ventures as a Reservationist, first being promoted to Night Manager, and then to his current position, Front Office Manager at The American Hotel. Colin also has a recurring role as the Master of Ceremonies for Legacy Ventures’ annual Legacy Excellence Awards Dinner, and he has previously received the Georgia Hotel & Lodging Association’s Emerging Hospitality Award.
