In her expanded role, Katie will lead business development initiatives focused on third-party hotel management opportunities, identifying and nurturing partnerships that align with Legacy Ventures’ values and operational excellence. She will also continue to guide the company’s talent acquisition and development efforts, ensuring Legacy remains a top employer and a leader in cultivating hospitality professionals.

Katie began her journey with Legacy Ventures in 2016 and quickly advanced through key HR leadership roles, overseeing human resource operations across multiple hotel brands and locations. She has been instrumental in enhancing recruitment strategies, fostering internship and manager-in-training programs, and raising Legacy’s profile as an employer of choice
As Director of Business & Talent Development, Katie will focus on expanding Legacy’s presence through proactive outreach, partnership cultivation, and industry engagement while continuing to mentor rising talent and connect hospitality professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
