Trey Cordle

General Superintendent

Trey Cordle is directly responsible for all field operations and construction projects coming in at One Million dollars or less and also handles quality control and mechanical issues on larger construction projects. Trey leads and advises the Hotel Chief Engineers and operations staff in all Maintenance, Repair and Renovation efforts, and develops and improves ongoing maintenance processes and procedures for Legacy Ventures’ portfolio of managed hotels and restaurants. 

Trey previously served as Project Superintendent for Housing Trends, Inc., building high end multimillion-dollar homes and most recently served as Commercial Project Superintendent at Winter Construction. Trey studied Mechanical Engineering at Auburn University and is a licensed General Contractor.

Trey enjoys spending time at the lake, hiking in the North Georgia Mountains, and attending Blue Grass Music Festivals.
