Troy Landrey

Director Food & Beverage, Restaurants

Troy Landrey oversees food and beverage operations for all Legacy Ventures’ managed hotel portfolio, including restaurant and banquet operations. He also oversees brewing operations at STATS Brewpub. As a member of the Restaurant Division’s leadership team, Troy participates in concept branding, new property openings, menu development, hiring and training, and POS installation and integration. 

Prior to joining Legacy, Troy gained over nineteen years of management level positions in the hospitality industry. From Service Manager to Kitchen Manager, Bar Manager to General Manager, Brewmaster to Event Manager, Troy has worked in all front of house and back of house positions, gaining experience at Dave & Busters, South Bend Brewery, and the Waterford Hotel Group. Troy holds a BFA in Applied Media from Edinboro University.

Troy has been a ServSafe Proctor since 2005. He also serves as the Vice President of the Shadow Warrior Foundation, a non-profit organization serving homeless veterans. Troy enjoys coaching youth soccer and playing in a men’s flag football league, as well as vacationing and playing mini-golf with his wife and two boys.
